- 1. Broods @ Bardot - US debut. Energy in the room was electric...bonus points for SLEEPER/AGENT also being on the bill.
- 2. Coldplay @ Sony Pictures Studio - First time hearing the new record Ghost Stories performed live, front-to-back.
- 3. BANKS @ El Rey Theatre - First time seeing BANKS, who was also my most played artist on Spotify in 2014.
- 4. Poe @ Sayers Club - First time seeing her perform in over 13 years! Voice hasn't changed one bit.
- 5. Charli XCX @ Sonos Studio - Honestly never thought I'd see her in a venue this small for a very long time.
- 6. Ellie Goulding @ Ventura Majestic Theatre - Ditto.
- 7. Hozier @ Hotel Cafe - First proper LA show. Only knew 2-3 songs going in, but everything I heard sounded huge.
- 8. Royal Blood @ Troubadour - These guys killed it. Enormous sound for 2 people.
- 9. Lorde @ Greek Theatre - Her first shows in 2013 were already amazing. Add some production and dance moves. Mix.
- 10. Alkaline Trio @ Troubadour - I'm not usually a sing along guy, but I pretty much sang every word from "Maybe I'll Catch Fire."
